We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping ($5.99): 3-5 business days

Express Shipping ($12.99): 1-2 business days

During peak seasons (holidays), please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.

All orders include insulated packaging to ensure your marshmallows arrive in perfect condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged or you're unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will either replace your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Store your marshmallows in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

For best quality, consume within the shelf life indicated on each product. Refrigeration can extend freshness but may affect texture slightly.

Keep the container sealed when not enjoying.

We collect only the information necessary to process and ship your order: name, email, shipping address, and payment details.

Your payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details.

We do not sell or share your personal information.
